Having dominated the dining scene with Canggu eatery, Fishbone Local, the team behind one of our fave restaurants have done it again with their newest fine dining venture, Mason.

Nestled within the beachfront burbs of Canggu, Mason is the newest foodie destination taking the streets of Bali by storm. Dishing up modern, Australian cuisine, Mason provide diners with a self-proclaimed dedication to ‘using carefully sourced, quality ingredients to make good food from scratch, by hand.’


Using only organic ingredients and traditional cooking methods, diners can expect an entree of Wood Fired Flatbread served with Dukkah and Olive Oil, Jamon and Cheese Toastie and Spiced Cauliflower dressed with pine nuts, pomegranate and yoghurt. If that doesn’t tickle your tastebuds maybe their selection of meats, cheese and preserves made in-house will? Choose from their Goat’s Curd with Thyme and pear past, Haloumi with a hint of honey and mint, as well as, their famous cured meat selection including Chorizo, Fennel and Chilli Salami and Wagyu Beef Pastrami.

Dinner is a feast of Wood Fired Oven and Grill delights. We can’t go past Mason’s slow cooked lamb shoulder with house yoghurt and salsa verde with a side of their broccoli salad topped with almonds, pearl barley and mint. Followed by a drool worthy selection of dessert delights, we never say no to their wood fired bread pudding with jersey milk ice cream and their dulce de leche ice cream with salted butterscotch sauce.
